Drivers on southbound U.S. 63 will face a lane restriction Wednesday and Thursday for shoulder work through Macon and Randolph counties.
The Missouri Department of Transportation said the restriction runs from Jackpot Street in Macon County to County Road 1690 in Randolph County from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day, Sept. 9 and 10.
MoDOT published the schedule in its Northeast District planned-roadwork notice covering Sept. 8 through 18. The same stretch appears under both the Macon County and Randolph County listings.
Weather can change the schedule. Moving operations may also turn up elsewhere in the region, MoDOT said.
Drivers can check closures and delays on MoDOT's Traveler Information Map at traveler.modot.org/map. Northeast District customer service is at 573-248-2490 or 888-275-6636.
